Payment Methods

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, all product prices and transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

Paying Through PayPal

  • Completing payment as a guest without opening a PayPal account

After payment is completed, you will normally be returned to our store and receive an order confirmation.

Paying by Credit or Debit Card

Before submitting payment, please confirm that:

  • The security code matches the card

Declined or Unsuccessful Payments

A transaction may be declined for several reasons, including:

  • Online or international payments being disabled

  • A security restriction placed by the issuing bank

  • Additional verification being required

When a payment does not go through, review the information entered and try again. You may also use another available payment method or contact the card-issuing bank for assistance.

Our customer service team cannot override a bank’s decision or manually approve a declined transaction.

Customers should only submit payment through the official checkout page of 𝑞𝑤𝑒𝑙𝑓𝑗𝑙𝑑𝑓™. We will not ask you to provide a complete card number, card security code, or online banking password by email, text message, or social media.

Currency and International Charges

All orders are charged in USD unless another currency is clearly displayed during checkout.

When using a card issued outside the United States, your bank may apply:

  • Currency-conversion charges

  • International transaction fees

  • Cross-border processing fees

  • Other banking charges

These fees are determined by the bank or payment provider and are not collected or controlled by us.

Order Confirmation

After a successful payment, an order confirmation should be sent to the email address entered during checkout.

Please review the confirmation carefully to make sure that the following details are correct:

  • Customer name

  • Products ordered

  • Shipping address

  • Billing information

  • Order total

When an order confirmation is not received, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting customer service.

Refunds to the Original Payment Method

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After a refund has been issued, the time required for it to appear in your account depends on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Processing times are outside our direct control.
